Have you always wanted to host a cute picnic with your gal pals or maybe want something more lowkey for a birthday? With all the items that go into it, it can seem a bit overwhelming to tackle alone. However, when you work with GAT, we bring it all to you! Choose what picnic size you want, which theme you want to decorate with, and we will do all the hard work, so that you don’t have to. So what goes into planning a picnic party?
CHOOSING YOUR PICNIC SIZE
We can host a party with anywhere from one table to four tables. A one table picnic can fit up to eight people, whereas a two table picnic can fit fourteen people, a three table picnic with twenty and a four table picnic can accommodate twenty-six people! So the more, the merrier when it comes to picnic parties!
PICNIC THEMES
We have a nice selection of different themes to fit your party’s vibe. Choose from one of the following:
COWBOY DISCO - includes a cowhide runner and disco balls (along with all the silverware, plates, and seating)
LIGHT PINK - includes tea cups, a teapot, a cake stand, a floral pitcher, and a neutral cheesecloth runner (along with all the silverware, plates, and seating)
NEUTRAL - includes gold chargers with neutral glass plates, clear glasses and water pitchers, and a neutral flower arrangement (along with silverware and seating)
WHITE DISCO - includes clear plates, white runner, disco balls, and white candles (along with silverware and seating)
FIESTA - includes rose gold chargers, colored plates, colored water glass, colorful runner, and sombreros (along with silverware and seating)
ADD ON’S
After you’ve picked your themes and table size, feel free to add on any additional items that can make your party extra fun and memorable! Add on a matching balloon garland or a cute backdrop for photos. Feeling a little hungry? Hire a private chef, order in some catered food, or even have a charcuterie board or dessert delivered!
WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE A PICNIC AT YOUR PARTY?
While it is a bit untraditional, picnics offer a much more intimate experience at your event. Whether it's for a birthday, bridal shower, bachelorette party, or just a fun get together, sitting around a table with your closest friends and family is so special. Along with that, we bring the party to you, anywhere you want! Inside or outside, we can cater to any area, rain or shine. Plus, you don’t have to feel like you have to compromise a fun decorated party even with a picnic, because we bring all the decor and decorate it just as you would for any other event. When it’s over, our team will return and clean everything up for you too so you can keep the party going all night long!
