WHY DID YOU WANT TO WORK/START AT THIS COMPANY?
Before Heritage I worked as an interior designer. While working in design I was constantly in the car going from project to project. Being from a small town in Indiana I never really became accustomed to all the busy roads and traffic we have here in AZ. I realized quickly that job wasn't quit my calling. I knew I needed to create a space close to home that I could still use my creativity but stay in once place. Two years later and many concept changes Heritage and Home took shape. Now I'm located in JD'S Homestead which oddly enough looks like a farmhouse. Very reminiscent of my midwest roots. I think it was meant to be.

Not once. Just getting started.

My younger sister, Danielle. She started her first business years before I did. I whole heartedly admire her work ethic. She's always looking towards the future, she never stops learning more, and she's not afraid to take chances and put herself out there. She a strong leader in her community and loved and respected by anyone who has the pleasure to meet her.

Entertain family & friends, anything near or on water, smooch my pup, try new food/ restaurants

IF YOU COULD GIVE ANY ADVICE TO YOURSELF 10 YEARS AGO WHAT WOULD THAT BE?
Don't run from what seems difficult. Know that nothing happens over night. Just take small steps everyday and let the plan transform. Trust your gut and remember that the universe rewards those who take action. It doesn't have to be perfect, it won't be perfect at first, but you must move forward.
