Girl About Town is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and we also offer event planning services in New Orleans, Louisiana. We specialize in destination event planning, helping both local and traveling clients create seamless, fully coordinated experiences.

What services do you offer?

We offer full-service event planning including bachelorette parties, proposals, birthday celebrations, guys trips, micro weddings, and private events. Our services include custom itineraries, decor setups, reservations, vendor coordination, and day-of execution.

How do I get started with booking?

To get started, fill out this form. Once submitted, our team will review your details and follow up with next steps, availability, and pricing.

How long does it take to hear back
after submitting a form?

Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response. If your inquiry is submitted over the weekend, you can expect to hear from us by Monday afternoon.

What if I submitted a form and
haven’t heard back?

If you haven’t received a response within 48 business hours, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see anything, reach out to us at events@girlabouttown.org and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks out, especially for Scottsdale weekends in peak season (October through May). That said, we love a spontaneous celebration — reach out and we'll tell you honestly what we can pull off.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

You'll hear from us within 24–48 hours. We'll ask a few questions about your group, vision, and budget, then put together a custom proposal. No generic packages, no cookie-cutter itineraries — everything is built around your event.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date and begin planning. The amount varies by event type and scope. Full details are outlined in your custom proposal.

What's included in a
bachelorette party package?

It depends on the package! Our bachelorette offerings range from decor-only setups to full weekend itinerary planning — venue reservations, transportation, activities, welcome bags, bar cart styling, and more. We'll walk you through every option.

What types of corporate events
do you plan?

Brand activations, client retreats, team-building experiences, product launches, and large-scale corporate events in Scottsdale. We bring the same attention to detail to corporate work as we do to every personal celebration.

Do you plan events beyond

bachelorette parties?

All the time. Birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries, graduations, proposals, micro weddings, corporate events — Girl About Town is a full-service event planning company, not a one-trick pony.

Do you offer guys trip and
bachelor party planning?

Can you stock our Airbnb before we arrive?

Yes. Our “Fill the Fridge” service ensures your groceries, drinks, and essentials are fully stocked and ready before you arrive so your trip starts seamlessly.

Do you set up decor outside?

We typically do not set up decor outdoors due to Arizona weather conditions. If outdoor setup is requested, it will be at the client’s risk, and we are not responsible for damage caused by heat, wind, or weather.

Can you inflate pool floats we provide?

We do not inflate pool floats provided by clients. However, we offer pool float packages that are delivered and fully set up prior to your arrival.

Do you install/ tap on wallpaper?

No,we do not tape on wallpaper. We do our best to ensure the integrity of anywhere we decorate. 

Are helium balloons included in decor setups?

Helium balloons are not included by default but can be added upon request depending on your setup and design.

How does pricing work?

Every event is different, so every proposal is custom. Pricing depends on the type of event, scope of services, group size, and timing. The best way to get a number is to submit an inquiry — we'll give you a clear, honest breakdown with no fluff.

Are you available on weekends?

Weekends are actually our busiest time — so yes, very much. Most of our events take place Friday through Sunday, and our team is on-call to make sure everything runs exactly as planned.
