How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks out, especially for weekends in peak season (October through May). Planning last minute? Reach out anyway and we'll tell you what we can pull off.
Do you only plan events in Old Town?
No. We plan events across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and the rest of the Valley, plus New Orleans and Rocky Point.
Can you set up decor in our Airbnb or hotel?
Yes. We style rentals and hotel suites before you arrive. Because of Arizona weather, we typically don't set up decor outdoors.
How does pricing work?
Every event is custom. Pricing depends on the type of event, group size, and services. Submit an inquiry and we'll send a custom proposal. A deposit secures your date.
