Think low tables, layered linens, fresh florals, charcuterie boards, and the kind of setup your group will be Instagramming for the rest of the weekend. Setup, breakdown, and cleanup all handled by our local team.

Fridge Stocking & Grocery Concierge: skip the border-crossing logistics and the language barrier at the supermercado. Send us your list — beach drinks, breakfast essentials, snacks, full dinner ingredients — and we'll have your rental stocked before you walk through the door.

Bachelorette Parties: Decor, themed setups, dinner reservations, party boats, and night-out logistics — all coordinated by people who actually live there and know which spots are worth the hype and which aren't.

Proposals: on the Beach Sunset proposals, photographer coordination, florals, music, and the kind of setup that makes the answer obvious. Rocky Point sunsets do half the work — we handle the other half.

Rocky Point has been Arizona's unofficial weekend escape for decades. It's a four-hour drive from Phoenix, no flights required, no passport hassle for most travelers, and the dollar-to-peso exchange makes it one of the highest-value beach destinations on the continent.
But here's the gap we kept hearing about from clients: there's no full-service event planning company in Rocky Point that delivers Scottsdale-level execution. People have been DIY-ing their bachelorette parties, proposal setups, and group trips because the alternative was hiring three different vendors who didn't communicate with each other.
