Girl About Town loves supporting small business - including our very own! Besides working at GAT, Skyler and Sierra have each created an amazing company that compliments themselves. Confetti Confidential creates the cutest custom apparel and Sierra photographs amazing images for couples and graduates. They both bring these amazing skills into their work at GAT.
Just like Sierra and Skyler, Meghan, our CEO, has a passion beyond GAT. Meghan Alfonso is also the founder and CEO of the Pearce Family Foundation (PFF). Established almost 7 years ago the foundation focuses on important bills for families who have children suffering from a chronic or life threatening illness. Since 2014, hundreds of families have been awarded grants to ensure they are able to focus on their childs health versus a car payment or utility bill. Every year the foundation hosts a variety of events to be able to continue granting funds to our needed community.

Confetti Confidential is a custom apparel company located in Phoenix, Arizona. They specialize in embroidering custom denim jackets and can really do almost any design you ask for!
Our Event coordinator and Airbnb stylist, Skyler, is the founder of Confetti Confidential and has been running this side hustle since 2017! Skyler is an avid crafter and creator. If you want something, Skyler tries to make it first. She wanted a custom embroidered jacket for herself and decided to make one by hand. Then the idea blossomed into getting a couple embroidery machines and really making this a business.
“I truly love bringing your designs to life through wearable art and putting my own spin on your ideas. My favorite jackets to make are pieces for special occasions. I have created jackets for the Bride and Groom, 21st birthdays, trips to Disney and so much more! Seeing the pictures of my clients wearing their custom jacket at their event is what really makes the hard work of a custom piece pay off!” - Skyler
Confetti Confidential has really grown in their capabilities since 2017, they now even make some of the apparel you see the GAT staff wearing! In the future Skyler hopes to see the company continue to grow but always stick to creating custom pieces for each individual client that you can’t get anywhere else. One day Confetti might even be its own store front but for now they will stick to servicing their amazing online customers. Our graphic designer, Sierra, is a portrait photographer based in Arizona. She specializes in couples and seniors and travels all over the state for some of the most amazing locations. you can expect to get your feet a little dirty, hair caught in the wind, and make some great memories.
Sierra started her photography business in 2016. As a college student, she wanted to do something more than just her part-time job. As a long-time photography hobbiest, she decided to put in the work and teach herself everything she now knows about photography. From there, she learned how to build a photography business and has done everything on her own from social media, to building her own website. Sierra started off doing a few graduation sessions at the University of Arizona and has grown to be one of the most successful senior photographers in Tucson.
“Sierra is so easy to work with and she makes it so much fun! She did a couples session for my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend is always very nervous, but she made us both feel like we have been models our whole life. She got the photos back to us so quickly and I was in awe of how beautiful they turned out! 10/10 would definitely recommend, she is a wonderful photographer!”
Since 2016, Sierra has expanded her business into elopements; as well as branding photos for local Phoenix businesses as a freelance photographer. Sierra has big goals of photographing destination weddings in the future.
