Scottsdale's newest rooftop destination perched high above the city at The REMI Scottsdale, inspired by the groves of Morocco with a lush rooftop experience featuring a luxe lounge and pool deck. Located on the 12th floor with nearly 360° perspectives of the Arizona desert and city lights, offering handcrafted cocktails, luxurious seating, and shaded cabanas. Golden hour is peak time here — sunset views are unbeatable.
The vibe: Upscale, sophisticated, romantic. Pool by day, lounge by night. Perfect for elevated celebration energy with actual skyline views.

Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, Diego Pops is the place for tacos and tequila. The Guava Coconut drink (served in an actual baby coconut) is a signature order. Modern, fun, packed with energy, and bartenders who know how to keep things moving.

South Scottsdale's locally owned wine and craft beer bar with a genuinely relaxed vibe. More than 150 bottles of wine (including Arizona producers) and 25 rotating beer taps. Casual atmosphere with couches, community seating, and knowledgeable staff who can guide you through their selection. Local memorabilia on the walls, neighborhood feel, no pretension.

AZ/88 is the best place in Scottsdale for martinis. The ever-changing art installations, contemporary vibe, and signature martinis (try the Starburst) make this a must-visit.
